What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. Please check our return policy.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or sign in to your account to check order. You can use this number to track your order status on our website.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. It is not required to have an account to place an order. However, we recommend you to sign up as TOBUYER account holder as you will be entitled to special offers, sales discount, loyalty programs, check delivery and received coupon discounts.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery timeframe varies based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Generally, orders will arrive within 5-10 business days. Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Unfortunately, payment methods cannot be changed after an order is placed. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the preferred payment method if the order hasn't been processed yet.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return. If the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, we will cover the return shipping fee.
When will I receive my refund or replacement?
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped as soon as the return is processed.
I never received my order, what to do?
